Contract Type: Full Time
Pay: £22000 to £26000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Mon – Thurs & 09:00 - 16:00 Friday (with 1 hour lunch break)

Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Manage both electronic and physical certification and technical records.
- File, index and tag documents for efficient future retrieval.
- Retrieve, scan and verify records from archived documentation and the warehouse.
- Ensure certification records correspond with physical stock.
- Obtain missing certification and technical records from suppliers and external organisations.
- Communicate internally regarding certification and documentation requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of document control and record-keeping processes.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as directed by the Office Manager.
