1. Job Summary

Working within the customer services team to process quote requests and respond to enquiries.

2. Key Tasks / Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing customers’ orders and enquiries
  • Communicating with customers via email and telephone
  • Keeping track of orders and ensuring any problems are rectified
  • Use of computer software including internal systems and outlook
  • Requesting product certificates when required
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Liaising with order fulfilment team
  • Occasionally helping to pick orders from the warehouse (light manual handling)
  • Occasionally greeting couriers and handing over parcels

3. Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required for this role.

Ability to work as part of a small team X
Previous experience in a similar role X

Previous experience in aviation/aerospace industry is not necessary for this role.


Full Training would be given to the right candidate. A willingness to undergo training, as deemed necessary, is required.


A permanent position will be offered following a successful 3 month probationary period.
